About Judy Kibby Podiatrist
Podiatry is a branch of medicine devoted to the study of diagnosis, medical and surgical treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle and lower extremity. Podiatry has been a registered profession in New Zealand since 1969, with podiatrists having to study for four years for their qualification.
Judy Kibby trained at the Central Institute of Technology in the Wellington region. She has been actively treating patients since 1981. She is skilled in all areas of general podiatry practice including minor surgery for the permanent removal of ingrown toenails. Judy’s main practice is located in Strandon, New Plymouth. She also attends two satellite clinics in Inglewood and Waitara.
Judy has her current registration with the New Zealand Board of Podiatrists as is mandatory for the practice of podiatry in New Zealand. She is also a member of Podiatry New Zealand. Judy has additional experience and qualification in the fitting of footwear.
